Howdy Homemade Ice Cream started with a mission worth building toward: bring the joy of ice cream to the world, and create meaningful employment for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

After years of steady growth, this mission was in full swing. But as they prepared for expansion and restructuring, the Howdy team realized their brand identity was holding them back from moving forward into a new phase.

In collaboration with The Marshall Creative, we identified the real problem: their brand had stayed young while the mission had grown. Howdy needed an identity that could carry the full weight of what they'd built—the hope, courage, and genuine joy their team brings to every scoop.

Now, fresh new messaging, a reworked icon and logotype, reworked palette, and whole new graphic elements carry the Howdy Homemade mission—and the people behind it—forward.
